I am flying klm with this hechsher, I never heard of it before, and am unsure if the hechsher meets my standard,. Do you know of any big hechserim in america or isreal have a relationiop with this one so that I can ask for conformation?
I received this hechsher of a long haul flight with Eithad. IMHO the documentation of these kosher meals is minimal and hard to read. The presentation seems to be cardboard oriented does not inspire confidence in the 2 seals approach as used by everyone else. . The food itself seems very unremarkable except that it is NOT served with any kind of liquid which can create long intervals of thirsting for 50 ml of water. I intend to be more demanding for future experiences and plan carry some backup food.
